Hi, I’m Dr. Brittany!

I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Equine Pre- Veterinary Medicine and a minor in biology from Otterbein University in Westerville, OH. I then moved to Davenport, IA, where I earned my Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic. I believe that the best way to improve our health is through movement and taking a comprehensive approach to lifestyle, understanding that pain is very complex. I empower those who are uncomfortable in the gym to find confidence in themselves and take control of their health, all while working to get back to the activities that they love!

Some of my favorite things to do when I'm not in the office include horseback riding, taking figure skating lessons, and exploring the Pacific NW with my husband, Aaron, and our pup, Bronco! Each of these keeps me grounded and energized to serve others, and I find immense joy in experiencing the tasks my body can accomplish and the adventures I am capable of having. They also allow me to connect with my purpose, as I can understand the frustration and fear that comes with injuries and limitations that affect a person's ability to do their favorite things, and I am determined to find the ways for others to get back to doing what they love!

My Approach

At Rise to Resilience Chiropractic, I believe that no two people are the same—so why should your treatments be? Every individual has unique needs, goals, and ways their body responds to care. That’s why I take a personalized approach, tailoring each treatment plan to fit you.

Movement is at the heart of everything we do. The goal isn’t just to alleviate pain temporarily—it’s to help you get back to doing what you love, whether that’s hitting the gym, playing with your kids, or simply moving through daily life with ease. We will focus on active recovery, incorporating chiropractic adjustments, general lifestyle changes, and personalized exercises to empower you to take control of your health.

Pain management shouldn’t rely solely on office visits. I want to equip you with the tools and knowledge to manage discomfort on your own, building long-term resilience instead of short-term relief. Through education, guided movement strategies, and continuous communication, I will help you move better, feel better, and stay better—so you can rise to your full potential!
