This program offers real-time support, accountability, and ongoing communication with your provider—so questions are answered quickly, changes are made as needed, and your progress can continue beyond the clinic.

For every new person you bring, the gym will donate $10 to Organización de Amigos, supporting their mission of providing CrossFit and weightlifting programs to local schools. Let’s support the awesome work they do in our community!
